COURSE SEQUENCING & CREDITS

The drum curriculum was created by department heads Ralph Humphrey and Joe Porcaro. Courses are specially sequenced to maximize learning potential throughout the program. Each course meets for the number of credits specified each quarter. Please note that Ensemble Workshop (EW) credits may vary based on enrollment per class. If you are enrolled in the Diploma Program (four quarters), you may continue and finish the remaining two quarters to receive the A.A. Degree.
